Theo is a composer, orchestrator and award-winning instrumentalist. He has orchestrated for a wide range of projects, including the Ivor Novello-nominated score for Three Little Birds, recorded at RAK and Abbey Road's Angel Studios. His latest score was in collaboration with Hoyte van Hoytema (Interstellar, Dunkirk, Oppenheimer).
He is currently scoring a flagship TV series for Warner Bros and a feature-doc for Netflix as well as a number of independent productions, including an upcoming narrative film by Oscar®-winning Slick Films.
Other recent highlights include The Speech for Disney, the BBC series The Holy Land & Us which won the 2024 Radio Times Readers Award, and string arrangements on an upcoming record for Tom Misch.
By combining his strong classical foundation with advanced electronic techniques, Theo specialises in creating immersive sound-worlds unique to each project. He began his training as a chorister and violinist, touring internationally from a young age before going on to Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance where he studied Violin and Composition with a double scholarship. He is fortunate to play on a Austrian Neuner & Horsteiner Violin (circa. 1879).
