
Theo is an award-winning composer, orchestrator and conductor. He has orchestrated for a wide range of projects, including the Ivor Novello-nominated score for Three Little Birds, recorded at RAK and Abbey Road's Angel Studios. In 2025, he is due to conduct at the Royal Albert Hall as part of the 135th BBC Proms.
As a composer, his latest score was in collaboration with Oscar-winner Hoyte van Hoytema (Interstellar, Dunkirk, Oppenheimer) and he is currently the composer for the double BAFTA-winning series Who Do You Think You Are?. He has also regularly contributed to the teams of acclaimed composers Nainita Desai, David Schweitzer and Chris Roe.
Other recent highlights include international campaigns for Pernod Ricard and Volvo, and BBC's critically acclaimed The Holy Land & Us.
In addition to his work for screen, he also works as a string arranger and orchestrator for top 10-charting artists and producers including Tom Misch and Corey Sanders.
Theo began his training as a chorister and violinist, touring internationally from a young age before going on to Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance where he studied Violin and Composition with a double scholarship. In 2024 he was awarded a place to study orchestral conducting under Mark Shapiro as part of the Juilliard School of Music. He is fortunate to play on a Austrian Neuner & Horsteiner Violin (circa. 1879).
